All accommodation bookings made direct with Widbrook Grange – either by phone or through our website – include:
- Full Farmhouse Breakfast with cooked and continental options*.

All dinner-inclusive rates include a dining credit, as specified in your package. This can be spent as you wish – drinks, candlelit dinners, afternoon tea, in-room picnics! Your dining credit is valid for 24 hours; it does not carry over to the next night if it is not used. Dinner is served daily from 18:00 – 21:00.
The Farmhouse is filled with treasures for you to borrow, use and enjoy. These include:
- Welly boots.
- Umbrellas.
- Board games.
- Outdoor lawn games.
- Giant outdoor chess set.
- Doggy wash station.
*If you book via a third-party website such as Booking.com or Expedia, please check your tariff because breakfast may not be included. If this is the case, a Full Farmhouse Breakfast is available for £18.00 per person.

You are very welcome to arrive early to use the pool and gym, enjoy a bit of lounge time (can we tempt you to Afternoon Tea?), or perhaps you’d like to take the 15-minute stroll into pretty Bradford on Avon along the canal? We will happily take care of your bags if you do. If your room is available before 15:00, we’ll let you know. Late check-outs may be arranged for a small fee of £20.00 per room. Dining times
- Breakfast is served from 7:15 – 9:30, Monday – Friday, and 8:15 – 10:00 at weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Afternoon Tea is served daily from 12:00 – 17:00 (booking essential).
- Doggy Afternoon Tea is served daily from 12:00 – 17:00.
- Dinner is served daily from 18:00 – 20:45 (booking essential).
- The Gin Bar is open daily from 12:00 – 22:30.
Room service is available during breakfast and dinner service (a £5.00 tray charge applies).
You can book evening dining and Afternoon Tea online.
Pool and gym
When you stay with us you can enjoy use of the pool and gym, which are open as follows:
Monday to Friday, 7:15 – 21:00
Saturday to Sunday, 8:15 – 21:00
In-room spa treatments
We offer in-room spa treatments so you can enjoy a pampering session in the luxury, comfort and privacy of your own room. These relaxing treatments are provided by Spa Therapist Germaine and can be arranged at a time to suit you.
Accessible stays
We have 13 bedrooms on the ground floor – perfect if stairs are a difficulty. These rooms are family friendly and can host up to four guests (extra beds charged at £25.00 per person, per night). We have one bedroom that has been designed with disabled access in mind. It has a large walk-in shower, handrails and a wide door.

Dog-friendly stays
We're one of the most dog-friendly hotels around. We've won numerous Best in Show awards from pet-friendly aficionados such as The Good Hotel Guide, PetsPyjamas and Sawday's, and have been listed in The Times. Many – but not quite all – of our bedrooms are dog-friendly.
About your doggy stay:
- Your four-legged friend is welcome in all areas of the hotel, apart from The Kitchen Restaurant.
- If you would like to dine with your pup, meals can be enjoyed in the dog-friendly conservatory.
- All our dog-friendly bedrooms have direct access to our 11 acres of beautiful gardens.
- There's a doggy wash station in the grounds and our team is armed with doggy treats – we'll always ask before we dish these out!
- All pups receive a warm sausage at breakfast, which they can enjoy in the conservatory.
- All dog-friendly stays must be pre-booked so we can make sure you have the best bedroom for your stay. Please note that our Cosy and Super Deluxe bedrooms cannot accommodate dogs.
We ask just one thing in return: please consider the comfort of other humans, keeping your hound on a lead where necessary and being sure to calm them if they become a bit excited. We understand – we're excited too, but it's always good to be considerate!
Dog-friendly bedrooms need to be pre-booked; a fee of £20.00 applies for each pup (two maximum).
Why not make your stay extra memorable? Doggy Afternoon Tea is served daily 12:00 – 17:00 and costs £10.50 per pup. This includes a tennis ball to take home, choice of Lily’s Kitchen wet food, organic dog biscuits and a puppichino. You can also spoil your pooch with a small bottle of Pawsecco (£5.75). Doggy Afternoon Tea must be pre-booked and can be enjoyed alongside human Afternoon Tea.
Family-friendly stays
Families are welcome. Our Junior Suite and Family Bedrooms can sleep three – five. In these bedrooms there is space for additional folding beds and cots (provided, with bedding) if required. Please call to book Family Bedrooms: all our bedrooms are individual and we’ll help you find the best one for your family dynamic.
The supplement is £25.00 per additional guest, per night. This includes a full Farmhouse Breakfast. We also have a children’s dinner menu.

As a business, we don't do 'green' by halves; we're evolving our operations to protect our natural environment from any adverse effects our hotel could have.

Deposits & cancellations
Your credit or debit card information will be collected when you book, as well as a pre-payment of 25% when booking online. Full payment will be taken on departure. This pre-payment is only fully refundable if you decide to cancel your booking within 48 hours' notice.
